Established in July 2022, we are dedicated to making the future of road transport fossil-free. By building and managing reliable and secure high-performance charging solutions, our mission is to support and accelerate the transition to zero-emission heavy-duty vehicles in Europe. The team is working quickly to scale up operations and network deployment.

While our Dutch offices are in Amsterdam and Arnhem, our focus is distinctly pan-European and we will be expanding to several other European countries in early 2023.


The Department.


The People department is responsible for all People-related matters in the company – both in The Netherlands and abroad. We want to accelerate the strategy execution of the company from the people perspective.


We aim to keep processes simple and treat our highly professional workforce like adults, where controls and policing are not a priority. Yes, we will have rules, procedures and regulations, but our focus is on sustainable results and business impact.


As a super young company, we also must build our department, which will consist of Recruiters, a People Partner, People Operations and a C&B Specialist.


The Job


Note that other companies might call this job HR Business Partner, but we feel that our employees are not Resources and therefor, we refer to our department as the People Department.


As People Partner you guide and support our organization by accelerating the strategy execution from a people perspective. You help the company with our steep organizational growth – not only in number of employees, but also in our country expansion (from 1 country in 2022 to 15 countries by 2024).


In terms of activities you cover the full width of all people practices. You will support the end of recruitment activity with dedicated on boarding initiatives, you will lead and support our value/ culture building and other organizational development activities and create dedicated local and international policies and practices which support our mission and strategy. Furthermore you will support the People Operations activity (Payroll/Admin) where needed and also start to take initiatives for the people development.


The job will be based in our Amsterdam and/or Arnhem office.

Who are we looking for?


We are looking for candidates with solid international People Partner experience in a rapidly growing company.


You understand the ins and outs of a broad range of people practices and are eager to explore those practices that you did not master yet.


You look forward to learning new things and pick them up quickly, this includes -new skills, environments, people skills and are resilient.


Your English is excellent (and if you do not speak Dutch, that is fine).

The base salary level (all in) is oriented towards 80.000 EUR; The on target annual incentive is 20% - with a maximum of 40%.
