The Job

As Sales Manager Network DACH, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Commercial organisation. You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key customers and prospects in the transport industry across the DACH region. We are looking for an ambitious results driven sales manager with strong experience in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and market analysis. The Sales Manager Network will drive revenue growth, exceed sales targets, and expand our market reach through effective sales strategies and deep industry knowledge. You will establish and grow relationships with key players in the transport industry.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding Milence's presence in the DACH region, driving initiatives that ensure our customers receive the best possible service and support. Your strategic approach and deep industry knowledge will be critical in achieving our business objectives and sustaining long-term growth.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identifying and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in the transport industry.
  • Managing and enhancing relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional satisfaction.
  • Conducting thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, and provide regular reports.
  • Driving lead generation and exploring new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Embracing a greenfield approach in sales, discovering new processes and opportunities in the early stages of the sales cycle.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent in working experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic sales planning, customer relationship management, and sales within the transport sector, preferably with knowledge of electric vehicles.
  • Fluent in English and German languages
  • Strong customer relationship skills in managing and enhancing customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in conducting market analysis and reporting insights.
  • Demonstrated sales expertise with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Drive to understand the market, business, and industry trends.
