Job description

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle at Milence. You will proactively source, attract, and hire top talent into Milence. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify job requirements & developing innovative sourcing strategies to hire the best diverse talent for Milence. You will be joining the team at a pivotal moment to take ownership of and further develop our Talent Acquisition practices.

You will be predominantly recruiting for a range of Technology roles however you will support on other profiles as required. As a young company you will be helping to evolve and promote a strong EVP and position Milence as an Employer of Choice.

This is a fantastic role with huge scope to make the role your own with support from a very friendly and motivated People team whom you will support across other key people initiatives.

This role is based out of our Arnhem office


Key responsibilities

  • You will devise and implement sourcing strategies, from assessing the effectiveness of our employer branding to building robust talent pipelines.
  • You will partner with hiring stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of their recruitment needs and develop proactive ways to ensure these needs are met by nurturing talent pipelines
  • You will be developing best practice and processes on our ATS (Recruitee) to maintain a detailed and organised recruitment workflow and continually improve our candidate experience.
  • You will ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • You will demonstrate a strong focus on detail, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast paced team environment.
  • You will continuously be evolving and evaluating our inclusive hiring practices.
  • You will track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness. Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 
  • You will drive Milence employer branding strategies and techniques.

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

  • You will have proven working experience in talent acquisition in the Netherlands within a fast paced environment.
  • You have experience hiring for a range of profiles such as IT, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering & Commercial roles.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with key stakeholders.
  • You are flexible and can adapt to ambiguity, changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You are curious, open to learning and explore new technologies, hiring methodologies and tools.
  • You are passionate about sustainability and contributing to the transition to a fossil-free future.
  • You bring strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools. Employer branding techniques and practices are advantageous.
  • You are a strong team player also with the ability to work independently.
  • You bring strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English with a good understanding of Dutch employment legislation.
  • Full time availability 40 hours per week
