The Department

The Information Technology Team is responsible for the end-to-end support and development of all digital products and services needed to achieve our mission and support our clients and colleagues in the best way possible.

Our stack is Azure based and hosted and we are ramping up from a near greenfield situation. We are looking to quickly set up a scalable infrastructure, a state-of-the-art DevSecOps process and to get all necessary business IT solutions in place. We will be working with fantastic data sets to facilitate and monitor charging sessions, network location planning, route optimization, real-time reservations, and smart charging.

We will implement and integrate solutions for the many capabilities we need as a company, such as Asset Management, Operations Centre, Deployment management and many others.

The Job

In your role as Product Owner of Integration, you will lead the engineering team to develop our integration platform. This platform aims to facilitate the (data) integration of all our solutions. We are striving to create a platform that has self-service at the forefront. This way, we do not have to centralize the integration of systems within one team but facilitate other teams and engineers to do that themselves. Designing and driving this platform and its adoption is the core of your task.

You will also help our operational teams to specify and realise integrations correctly, bringing in the required IT knowledge to ensure the project's success.

You will be collaborating closely with the other engineers, the operations and deployment team and with the data science and data analysis team, which are part of the customer journey, products, and services team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Productizing our integration platform and promoting its use.
• Managing the engineering team implementing the integration platform.
• Ensuring the integration platform is continuously improved and the right KPIs are set, measured, and met.
• Owning the product backlog and writing user stories, including acceptance criteria.
• Prioritizing the engineering work based on organizational needs and your product vision. While also ensuring that the platform is maintainable, scalable, and reliable.
• Performing acceptance tests and executing releases for the integration platform.

Since we are an exciting new start-up, not all responsibilities are clearly defined yet. This means you will be able to help us shape your position further.

You will be based in our Amsterdam and/or Arnhem office.

Who are we looking for?

You have product owner/product manager experience in developing technologically complex products and services.

You have dealt with integrations at scale and have worked in cloud-native environments utilizing the benefits of modern stacks. As a result, you can be a sparring partner for engineers, deployment managers, operators, and marketers.

You can convert opportunities into strategy, improvements or innovations that contribute to better business performance.

You have strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve to well-judged decisions.

You communicate and collaborate well with internal- and external stakeholders.

You are familiar with the mobility, sustainability, transport and/or energy industry.

Your English is excellent (and if you do not speak Dutch that is fine).

You look forward to learning new things and pick them up quickly, this includes -new skills, environments, people skills and are resilient.

Base salary level (all in) is oriented towards 70.000 EUR; on target annual incentive is 20% - with a maximum of 40%.
