Product Manager - DC Charging Technology & Infrastructure

As Product Manager - DC Charging Technology and Infrastructure, you will be responsible for the development and management of the charging and infrastructure portfolio. You will ensure that our charging technology solutions and infrastructure contribute to Milence building the right network, delivering the right charging experience, and leading the transformation to zero-emission heavy-duty vehicles. You will work closely with Milence teams across digital factory, data, technology & asset management, through an agile way of working to facilitate quick innovation & product development. Additionally, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Energy teams in defining & implementing the pricing strategy and gathering market needs.

In this role, you will be part of a team of eight Product Managers, each managing their own portfolio. You will report directly to the Head of Product.

You will be responsible for:

• Translating market insights, market needs, and customer feedback into new products or product changes.
• Developing and innovating the Charging Technology and Infrastructure portfolio and its different products and services, including creating visionary roadmaps and a long-term strategy.
• Ensuring the right products are delivered according to planning and continuously updating prioritization within your products and roadmaps.
• Embedding the newly developed products and/or services into the Milence organization.
• Creating the value proposition (pricing, positioning, customer segmentation) and coordinating the creation and execution of the go-to-market strategy.
• Managing product/service changes internally and externally with customers and partners.
• Creating alternative scenarios for product delivery, considering risk mitigation and management to ensure delivery.
• Supporting the commercial team with the promotion of the latest innovations by providing briefings and marketing materials.

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of B2B product development experience, with experience as a product manager in, DC charging, power components/energy systems and commercial energy services (like at companies that work for/in Utilities), or similar.
• Degree in electrical engineering, business administration, economics, technology, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
• Experience in managing hardware and software product development projects with a focus on customer experience in an international B2B company.
• Experience or knowledge of the logistics sector is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English; another European language is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills combined with strategic thinking and a strong outside-in focus.
• Customer-focused with strong commercial acumen.
• Creative with demonstrable successes in an ambiguous environment.
