The Job

As a Strategic Partnership Manager - OEM at Milence, you will play a critical role in managing and nurturing strategic relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the truck sector. Your primary responsibility will be to accelerate the sales of electric trucks by fostering collaboration between our cross-functional teams and those of our OEM partners. You will also organize bi-annual workshops with the top truck manufacturers and map out OEM organizations to understand key decision-makers and organizational structures.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key OEM partners, including identifying and engaging with decision-makers.
  • Cross-functional Engagement: Facilitate collaboration between Milence's engineering and product management teams and those of OEM partners.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the OEM sector.
  • Workshop Organization: Plan and execute workshops with top truck manufacturers to drive innovation and collaboration.
  • Data Exchange and Integration: Oversee the exchange of data and integration of solutions between Milence and OEM partners.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts in collaboration with legal and relevant stakeholders.
  • Communication and Updates: Conduct regular meetings and provide updates to partners on industry trends, product enhancements, and strategic initiatives.


This role will be based in Amsterdam or Arnhem, with regular travel required for meetings and events.


Job Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager or Partnership Manager, within the OEM sector or with truck manufacturers.
  • Sector Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the e-mobility and logistics sector, including electric vehicles and charging infrastructure.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Demonstrated success in developing, closing, and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Skills:
    • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
