The Job

As a Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the transport industry. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong relationships with Milence partners in transport and at vehicle manufacturers, identify business opportunities that drive the growth of the Milence network of charging hubs by generating location leads, and accelerate the transition to battery electric Heavy Duty Trucks by removing hurdles of adoption with relevant software integrations and solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Partnership Development: Identify potential partners within the transport sector and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key partners and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the transport sector.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts in collaboration with legal and relevant stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management and Communication: Conduct regular meetings and provide updates to partners on industry trends and product enhancements.


The job will be based in Amsterdam or Arnhem. You will be required to travel regularly for meetings and events.


Job Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Partnership Manager, in the transport sector or with truck OEMs.
  • Paramount that you have Sector Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the e-mobility and logistics sector, including electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and supply chain management.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Demonstrated success in developing, closing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Skills:
    • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
