The Growth department plays a critical role in driving the growth of Milence's activities and is specifically focused on the charging network rollout. The department is comprised of four teams: Network Development, Sales, International Business Development and Public Affairs.
The Network Development team is responsible for establishing partnerships to ensure successful network expansion and concretely acquiring sites.
The Sales team is tasked with achieving Milence's commercial targets and includes Customer Relationship and Sales Management.
The International Business Development team focusses on managing (industry) associations, sales and relationship management to OEMs and building partnerships with local governments and large corporates.
The Public Affairs team represents Milence interests with local and international lawmakers and work closely with authorities to stay up-to-date and aligned with legislation, compliance, and new developments within the public domain.
As a Network Partnership Manager you will be creating (new) valuable partnerships, expanding our network and managing the partners of our charging infrastructure in France, Italy and Spain and possibly some other countries.
As a Network Partnership Manager you will be responsible for;
- Managing network partnerships, being responsible for managing the relationships, before and after deployment of the charging infrastructure;
- Setting up new partnerships and expanding our activities;
- Creating new business opportunities and business models;
- Update and provide accurate information towards our internal and external stakeholders;
- Preparing the right documents to support a quick and efficient decision making process;
- Aligning the rollout schedules with partners.
The job will be based in France.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for candidates with a proven track record in international commercial business development and who have extensive experience within E-mobility.
You have experience with setting up new business models.
You’re strong at negotiating contracts, networking and identifying future risks.
You can convert opportunities into strategy, improvements or innovations which contribute to better business performance.
You are a native French speaker and your English is excellent. Speaking Spanish or Italian is a plus.
You have strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve to well-judged decisions.
You communicate effectively and collaborate well with internal- and external stakeholders.
You look forward to learning new things and pick them up quickly, this includes -new skills, environments, people skills and are resilient.

The base salary level (all in) is oriented towards 70.000 EUR; The on target annual incentive is 30% - with a maximum of 60%. In addition to this, a Mobility Allowance/ Lease car is part of the package.
