Interim Sales Operations Support - German speaker

The Assignment

As Temporary Customer Support & Sales Administration Specialist, you will provide hands-on operational support during a period of increased onboarding activity. You will combine customer contact, accurate administration and internal coordination while the Milence Direct onboarding process continues to mature and become increasingly automated. 

What You'll Do 

Customer onboarding 

• Support customers through document follow-up, account setup, portal access and activation. 

• Track onboarding progress, coordinate routine actions and escalate exceptions to the appropriate owner. 

Customer and portal administration 

• Create and maintain customer accounts, users and access rights in the Milence Portal. 

• Process customer and contract administration and keep CRM records accurate and up to date. 

Autocharge and customer support 

• Support Autocharge activation, status checks, basic administrative troubleshooting and customer follow-up. 

• Respond to assigned enquiries, track actions through to completion and provide clear status updates. 

Process support 

• Maintain onboarding trackers and process documentation. 

• Flag recurring bottlenecks and contribute practical feedback as workflows develop. 

Who are we looking for?

• Experienced in customer support, sales support, customer administration or a similar operational role. 

• Confident using customer portals, CRM systems and standard office tools. 

• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and German. 

• You have a structured, accurate and service-oriented working style. 

• The ability to manage multiple requests, coordinate across teams and escalate issues appropriately. 

• Available to start as soon as possible, work from Amsterdam or Arnhem office at least 2 days per week.

• You are available at least 32 hours per week until 31st December 2026.

• You are registered as ZZP contractor with KVK number.
