The department - Finance

The department where the numbers do the talking. Combining sustainability with finance isn’t always an easy task, but our specialised teams cover all necessary functions, including accounting, reporting, planning and analysis. We are a professional and dedicated team, working across functions to build a sustainable future. Together with our Procurement and Supply Chain Team, as well as the Project Management Office, our common goal is to make a difference, and the finance department is pivotal in achieving this.

The job – FP&A Analyst

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting various Financial Planning & Analysis activities and financial modeling processes within our organization. You will execute smart analysis of the actual financial and operational data to provide insightful performance assessments for steering our business. In addition, you will design and apply financial projections, financial models as well as scenario analysis to support smart decision making.

Your primary responsibilities will be

  • You will be supporting the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • You will be supporting the development and maintenance of financial models to analyze business performance and inform strategic decision-making.
  • You will be conducting variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide insights to management.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial modelling and analysis.
  • Also you will support in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed.
  • You will continuously be seeking opportunities to improve financial processes and streamline reporting procedures.

Job requirements

Who are we looking for

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis or FP&A role.
  • You will have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling.
  • You bring a solid understanding of finance principles, financial statements, valuation techniques, and key financial metrics.
  • You have solid experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is preferred.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • You possess great interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • You have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • You look forward to learning new things and pick them up quickly, this includes new skills, environments, people skills and are resilient.
