The Job 

As a Digital Brand & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's digital presence across all platforms, including the corporate website, social media, and all digital initiatives. This role is crucial in enhancing the brand's online visibility, engaging with target audiences, and driving digital communication strategies that align with the company's overall branding and business goals.  

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Digital Strategy Development & Implementation: Contribute to the development and execution of our digital strategy, including social media, SEO, content development, and other online tactics to enhance the brand’s visibility and engagement. 
  • Digital Platform Management: Oversee the maintenance and content strategy for the corporate website, ensuring it aligns with branding and business objectives. Manage social media profiles and presence. 
  • Content Development and Management: Develop content calendars and oversee the creation and distribution of engaging, brand-aligned content across various digital channels. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and website traffic. Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. 
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital and social media budget, ensuring effective use of resources for maximum return on investment. 
  • Industry Trend Awareness: Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies. Implement innovative digital solutions that can benefit the company’s brand strategy. 
  • Agencies and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with all agencies and service providers, ensuring quality service and alignment with company goals. 

Job Requirements 

Who are we looking for? 

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, including social media management and content development. Experience with both multi-language website coordination and social media is essential. 
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Tools: Strong knowledge of web tools and analytics (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics) and online communication tools/platforms. 
  • Good Project Management skills. Also, the ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and strong analytical skills:  
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively. 
  • Additional Skills: Experience with influencer campaigns, executive profiling and proficiency in PowerPoint. 
  • Tech Savvy: Passionate about technology and up to date with the latest trends in digital and social media. 

At this stage, we only consider candidates already located in the Netherlands.
