The Job

As Business Analyst in the team, you will play a pivotal role within the Commercial Team. Your primary responsibilities involve creating insights about customers, market and competition. You will be monitoring the competitive landscape (including Charge Point Operators) and supporting critical business decisions through thorough analysis, modeling, and recommendations.

We’re seeking a proactive, highly analytical individual with attention to detail, who can interpret data and trends to provide actionable insights. Your insights will drive our product development, marketing initiatives, and overall commercial strategies.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Collect, review, and interpret market data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Business / TCO (total cost of ownership) Modelling: Use data to identify industry trends and create models for the electric truck market.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing commercial plans by providing data-driven insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other Commercial teams and work closely with Finance and Data Teams.

The job will be based in our Amsterdam and/or Arnhem office.


Job Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Econometrics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business/Market Analyst, preferably in marketing or commercial environments.
  • Analytical Skills: Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency in PowerBI. A plus if you have proficiency in Excel, SQL and Tableau.
  • Communication Skills: Exemplary communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of business operations and strategy.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work autonomously while collaborating in a cross-functional team environment.

· Proven experience as a Business/Market Analyst, preferably in marketing or commercial environments.

· Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

· Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). 

Fluency in English language 

· Exemplary communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to work autonomously while collaborating in a cross-functional team environment.
